We offer a fixed-rate or retained HR consultancy service in order to resolve or anticipate prospective internal or external (legal) challenges.

We offer director level HR support for a fraction of the cost of employing a full time HR director.

Our service includes attending the workplace for face-to-face consultations, not simply an advice line.

Typically, our engagements will include the following:

  1. Advising on and reviewing internal policies and procedures
  2. Ensuring compliance with relevant legal provisions
  3. Undertaking reports into staffing operations
  4. Advising on legal processes such as TUPE or redundancy
  5. Delivering HR related training to management and staff
  6. Advising and representing in Employment Tribunal matter

We have in excess of 15 years’ experience in HR and Employment Tribunal matters including TUPE, large redundancy consultations, multi-party unfair dismissal claims and defending discrimination.

We aim is to avoid matters reaching the stage of litigation. Our primary aim is to avoid issues reaching the stage where a tribunal is required to intervene.
